Customer service specialist (French/English)
You have a chance to become a part of the support team based in Poland which consists of highly skilled people who support Adidas group onlineshop Customers in multiple languages.
Responsibilities:
• Incoming phone calls and e-mail support one of the most well-known sport clothes and equipment brands;
• Current claims solving and reporting in the system;
We expect:
• Proficiency in written and spoken French or English;
• Relevant call/contact center work experience is desirable but not essential;
• Availability to work 40 hours per week;
• Communications and active listening skills;
