JOB DESCRIPTION
Ideal role for an experienced manager with a background in the utilities sector, looking to progress their career within a company that has recently embarked on a new project
- Direct and control of the operations side of the business including production, purchasing, technical, drawing, documentation and logistics functions
- Ensuring that business objectives are met efficiently and effectively
- Direct and control of all production employees to ensure that they are appropriately trained and motivated in their responsibilities to the required standards
- Control of the productions function to ensure that finished goods of the required standard are available to customers within agreed costs and at the right times
- Fulfillment of the role of the company’s main advisor on all issues relating to operations
- Keeping up-to-date of latest developments and good business practice to ensure that the company maintains its competitive position
- Contribution to the strategic development of the company and the positioning of the business within existing and new potential market sectors
REQUIREMENTS
- 5 years of experience as a manager (operating in a similar environment with a proven track record in Operations Management and productions & process improvements)
- High degree educated level
- Fluency in English required
- Personal skills and competences: Team leader, tenacious, decisive, strong negotiator, natural authority, organized and thorough
- Fluency in Spanish preferred
