On behalf of our Client, we are looking for candidates ready to join team of professionals in Poznañ and hold the position of: Business Analyst
Location: Poznañ
Business Analyst is to provide data analysis, reporting, training, testing and documentation for the Global Financial Operations (GFO) department. The individual will work under the general direction of the associate project manager.
Main responsibilities:
• Analyze, interpret, and derive meaning from data to support process improvement activities in: AP, AR, Asset Management
• Maintain global procedure documentation by coordinating the creation, update, review and approval of documentation for new and existing business processes
• Support the Global Corporate Authorization Program by performing reviews and analysis
• Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning, maintaining plans, and coordinating desktop and site exercises for affected departments.
• Participate in business projects by working with the project team and customers to define scope, goals, objective, requirements, roles and responsibilities and timeline for projects.
• Assist strategic projects with research and analysis for cost benefit analysis (CBA), gathering and documenting business requirements, process design, fit/gap analysis
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
• 2+ years of related experience
• Knowledge of Project Management methodologies and life cycle, procedure documentation and system testing from a business perspective
• Advanced knowledge of English
• Knowledge of Microsoft products including MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials or other major ERP system and/or quality management experience (e.g., Six Sigma, Juran, Deming, or other) will be an asset
• Problem solving and decision making skills
• Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team environment and work under pressure
