Has offices in Poland and Italy and a growing presence in the UK. In the past 8 years has sent over 5,000 university applications and placed 3,000 students at university and high schools in the UK, mainland Europe and the USA. Over 800 were successfully placed at top tier globally recognised universities.

Wymagania:
Candidates must have studied overseas, preferably in the UK, and demonstrate experience and knowledge of the UCAS application process. They should be well organised, process-driven, pro-active and meticulous in regard to data and our CRM system.
Based in the Warsaw office, the chosen candidate will be responsible for:
Revenue goals and performance of the Agency Team;
Monitor performance of Agency Team using key metrics and prepare reports based on the CRM database;
Manage the Agency Team consisting of the education consultants: set clear team goals, set deadlines, oversee day-to-day operation, motivate team members, discover training needs and provide training and coaching;
Identify, plan and implement key projects to improve quality, reduce cost and increase efficiency of the Agency Team, resulting in significant business improvement and customer satisfaction;
Implement marketing automation processes, supporting Agency Team activities;
Counsel students and give recommendations on programmes in the context of the admissions criteria;
Support marketing activities through market research and by providing presentations at events.
